Accomplishments
Accomplishment 1
​During my time working for Freedom Boat Club, I developed many personal skills that include customer service. I became proficient with my communication skills and being able to develop conversation with our members while providing the best customer experience. This resulted in me selling our membership to three new members over the course of the summer. I handled each member and essentially controlled the entire customer experience. I learned many things from this position, but the most important was the development of my people skills.
Accomplishment 2
​While working for Coolray field for two years I became very familiar with how everything was supposed to run and eventually became the leader of our back of house team. Responsibilities for this include, managing food stands, assigning workers to each stand, and being able to adapt on the fly. I learned time management skills with this position as well as gaining some experience as the leader of a team setting.
Accomplishment 3
Freedom Boat Club taught me many things about how to deal with people and how to treat everyone but it also taught me a few hands on things as well. During my time working there, I was able to learn how to properly maintenance a boat. I learned how to do everything from changing the battery to winterizing it for the cold months. Making sure every boat is up to par is just as important as how you treat the member, and that is shown through cleanliness and preparedness.
